A redesign of main villain for Astral Ki. He used to be called ''Ban Haxxord'' for some reason but then I decided to rename him and give a tweak to his design. He holds the power that enables him control over tech and machinery, but outside of that he was always an expert in combat and science, but his greatest weapon was always his mind for he has a talent in manipulation. Cymagor sees himself as a teacher, for which his associates agree on, and rules Valmeia with an iron fist (or at least like 90% of it).
