Description
Hydro is an alternative version of my old fan character Revolt The Jellyfish.

Bio: He is a cybernetic Mobian who was found and later used by Dr. Robotnik. One day when he was doing his job, he got into fight with Jenara who defeated and captured him. She showed him mercy and even asked him to join her and freedom fighters which shocked Hydro since throughout his life he was only taught to kill or be killed. Despite being partly programmed by Dr. Robotnik, Hydro always had mind of his own which he later started to develop.
Personality: Despite being a powerful and deadly killer machine, he is in fact very timid and kind-hearted. He also has a crush on Jenara and is often a bit shy when she's around.
Abilities: Water manipulation, impressive strength and durability.
