Here's the New Mysterious Alicorn Villain. My headcannon for her is that she is Radiant Hope. She opened a portal to the G4 and G5's Equestria and started to rule since she is still upset about the whole Sombra thing. But, her dynasty ended in a wasteland. This wasteland became Zephr Heights in the future.
(PS, sorry if it looks bad, I was struggling with her mane and tail, I had to rerun her scene like 30 times just to satisfy myself with this result XD)
