Description
This is my new OC, Spectrum Splatter!! She was originally an adopt, but when the person buying her never got back to me, I decided I loved her design too much to let her go.
So here she is! I decided to make a Ref Sheet for her, and you can expect Flitter Heart's and Cloud Melody's soon too. Now for stuff about her!

Backstory:
Spectrum Splatter grew up in Canterlot with her parents. She was born without the markings on her hooves, but appeared when she got her cutie mark, a paintbrush with a splatter of paint behind it. Splatter earned her cutie mark after she painted the sets for a school play. She had stepped in some paint during the process, but when she washed it off, the markings stayed on her hooves, having been magically stained into her fur. She realized she wanted to be an artist soon afterward, and started painting for other ponies regularly.
She met her best friend, Cloud Melody, during a musical practice that the Canterlot Community Theater was going to perform. Spectrum was painting sets, while Melody was in the show. Even so, the two hit it off right away. Melody lived in Cloudsdale, however, so they didn't get to see each other much until they grew up.
At age eighteen, Spectrum Splatter went to work at a small art gallery near her neighborhood to earn money for her career. She hopes to one day open a shop of her own and teach younger foals how to paint.

Couple things:
There is a redundancy to "baby foal" since as foals they're already babies anyway. And "mare" specifically refers to their adult ages as I interpret as such, could still say "female" and we'll know what is happening.
Other than that she looks nice, though I do get adverse reactions to back...stories since they make things really convoluted for me.

Thanks!! And the only reason I added "baby foal" was because it didn't sound right to have "foal" and "filly" right next to each other, since they could be perceived as the same thing.

Same thing really just more showing then telling they could be just excerpts from Cloud melody and Flitter hearts days in equestria you could throw in some small plots or just be funny

She is GORGEOUS! I can't believe I never saw that auction, or I would have grabbed her up! Still, good thing you're keeping her. I'm sure she'll be well loved by you, as apposed to a lot of the ones I adopt, who just sit there, since I don't write about them like I should...
