Description
2B, 4B and 6B pencils.I'm really into reading, so this is based on the idea that characters/events in books can seem just as real as reality except they're so much better.

I'm no fa of dragons, but this such a charming, exquisitly rendered work. Something like this can easily look heavy and overworked, but not here.

This is absolutely beautiful work! My favorite part of this is how the dragon is rising out of the book with the words flowing into him to give him form. It's especially evident in the wing closest to the viewer.
You did an amazing job with the detail in this. Not only with the dragon himself, but also with the book - the pages are clearly defines, and the cover and dust jacket are wonderfully done.
Another thing that I find striking about this image is the drape on which the book is resting. To me, it's reminiscent of an artist's drape, providing a blank background much like our minds are a clear canvas when we first open a new book. Truly a wonderful piece, and I do thank you for sharing it!

I can feel the passion for literature, how you can immerse yourself in what you are reading, go this has happened to me several times, especially if it is a subject that interests me too, you feel you can be within history, and the best story is the one that makes you feel anxiety to the point of not wanting to put it down to the end of it.

Now that is a good book, page turner and very vivid. Almost like it's coming right out of the book. the shading is superb

I like to read mostly anything: fantasy, fiction, history related stuff, historical fiction, horror, etc. I really like the series Gone by Michael Grant, The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare, and the Inheritance series by Christopher Paolini. There are much more but that's all I can think of right now
What do you read?

Some of his stories are really good! They're a bit long though. Try Carrie, it's short and scary

and Margaret Atwood wrote The Handmaid's Tale, maybe you've heard of that because it's taught in high school a lot. I really like her Maddaddam trilogy
