This is really nice. I love the textures. The only thing that I'd say is off is that the mouth seems a little small for her face, but maybe that's just me.

I think you could still call this a portrait based on what type of picture this is, rather than on whether you used a reference or not. Either way, nice work with the textures and pores. Alot of nice detail, all around.
