This is a new-ish dump. This one includes all the currently "named" Cereans.

Kalthias and Proton are siblings.

And only Proton and Taktik have no Doctorate

Kalthias, Zetis and Rufel are all Doctors.

Kalthias and Zetis specialize in medicine and healing, where Rufel is a biologist and botanist.

Cyon is a researcher who takes on a disguise to look human and spend time researching them first hand. He is unaware of any of the others on this list.

Kalthias, Proton and Cyon are Valley Cereans

Zetis, Rufel and Taktik are Mountain Cereans

Rufel and Cyon have mutations.

Cyon has the vertical 3rd eye mutation

Rufel has Gloves and Socks mutation - below his elbow and knees his skin is a different color than his body.

Taktik is a Cerean who spent many years of his life using a disguise to live among the Colterons as a specialist in humans (trained by Cereans) to originally quietly encourage them to try ending the war ... eventually he felt so much more at home with the Colterons that he switched to helping them either try to out smart the humans, or eventually to help them capture and keep some specimens alive for study (to test if humans were viable to enslave).

Proton is just Kalthias's plucky younger sibling, as a young Cerean, Proton is stuck in a state of being intersexed, and while most Cereans by his age have decided on a gender and took the necessary steps to go through puberty and become that gender, Proton absolutely refuses to pick and wants to stay intersexed (and sterile) since the species is well beyond the need for every Cerean to breed. However, Proton generally uses Male pronouns as his brother always refers to him as a little brother (not to insult him or force a gender, he just likes the phrase "Little Brother")

Cyon spends most of his life between Earth and Mars. He uses Cerean tech to disguise himself as a seemingly normal human, he uses this disguise and a home base that looks like a human house to study humans up close. His organization is completely aware of the organize that Rufel, Zetis, and Kal work for on Ceres, but they are unaware of his.
