Ok, well, your anatomy looks good up until the hands, and the left shoulder. IT is too far away from the body. Beefy guys are kinda compact when it comes to muscles, bring the arm in a bit.
And as for the hands, that's just a matter of practice. It took me forever to draw hands well. My technique to start was to draw hands armoured, cause then I could do it peice by peice. From there it got easier.

Thanks for the comment! My teacher does insist on me to draw piece by piece, but sometimes I get bored.
