this is good, the only problem with your shading is its kind of uneven, pick a direction the light is coming from and have the light fall away from it instead of where you think it should be, and some anatomy study would really help alot, other than that its really good, keep it up.

Hey, not bad.
Just some friendly advice: try blocking out the shape of the arms lightly and then drawing the clothing around that. It might help keep the arms looking straight and well proportioned.
Plus, a little crop and a little contrast adjust in any decent image editor would bring out the best in your pencil drawings!
ps I would have to agree with arafel on this. Although you did get both of us to click and comment, most people are probably more likely to look at your gallery if you write good, interesting, or helpful comments.

My first piece of advice would be to NOT post your pictures on other people's work, its considered rude.
By simply commenting, and making yourself an icon that displays your work, people may be attracted to your page, or won't be.
But I can guarantee you won't make friends by advertising yourself off. :3
As for the picture you've linked me to, this one, its not all that bad. I do admit the shading came out fairly nice, its good work with a pencil.
But its also a picture taken directly from the anime. You can tell by looking at it, as is the rest of your work. Don't get me wrong, eyeballing is a very good way to learn alot... however, its not the best thing to put up for display.
Artwork is more about simply drawing something, its about coming up with your own unique ideas. In the case of fanart, its about coming up with your own unique ideas for some other character.
Other than that, keep practicing! You've shown you can make something recognizable on a piece of paper, thats more than a lot of people! So keep at it~ and welcome to Devart <3
