NOW OWNS!This is a bit of an interesting one. It came to me in a vision/inspiration. based off brains and jellyfish.
This pokemon is the most intelligent pokemon scientists have yet discovered. It appears to be more intelligent than humans, and all other pokemon. Although it is highly intelligent it prefers to be alone and spend it's time peacefully. Because of this it secludes itself to the oceans' depths, to move through the waters easier they form a "body" of water around themselves. When thrown into battle they use their "bodies" to help them physically attack. When this pokemon runs low on health it looses some of it's abilities and psychic powers, which means they often have to give up their "bodies" resulting in a lowered defense.
the left form is water/psychic type
the right form is psychic type
no evolution
switches to the form on the right when HP is less than 1/4.
