NOW OWNS!remake of my bubble pony fakemonΒ frozenfeather.deviantart.com/aβ¦
these pokemon have very slippery bodies. they love to float around with the wind and play around with others. they produce a very sweet scent. they have very thin skinned bodies and can actually pop and disappear only to remake their bodies. they can use several water type moves.
they are fairy/ghost type
the first evolves into the second at level 21

it was a tricky decision, i decided ghost because they can pop and disappear and then reappear, i'm not positive if i like it being ghost though, i don't like water type either though :/

Water/Fairy seems to fit perfectly for me, though.
I can't imagine anything else.

In order to create bubbles, soap needs to be wet, or at least in a liquid form.
And water itself can form bubbles, anyway.
