Happy Mother's Day!!! (i'll explain why that is applicable) they're based off computer chips and MOTHER boards (do you get it now )these pokemon are incredibly useful for mankind. they can store such a large amount of electricity in them that they can be used to power homes and companies easily. they can also store sorts of "memories" and experiences, which allow them to be great in battle and able to learn such a wide variety of moves.
they are electric/steel type
the first evolves into the second at level 34
the second evolves into the third when traded with an upgrade

Stage 1: Circuite (Circuit + Cute = Circuite). Dex Entry: "It is lovable because of its happy nature and its willingness to help humans by giving them electricity. They enjoy hugs, but be careful of static electricity!"
Stage: 2: Circouple (Circuit + Couple, as in coupling when transfering energy via wires, = Circouple). Dex Entry: "It evolves when two Circuites are in the same party during a dangerous double battle! Scientists believe that the double battle makes them feel stronger as one, causing their evolution. More research is on-going."
Stage 3: Circoder (Circuit + Code = Circode). Dex Entry: "It is immensely powerful, and thanks to it's excellent memory storage, it can remember previously encountered Pokemon's types! Whilst it isn't nearly as powerful as a PokeDex, researchers are trying to see if a Circoder could help boost a PokeDex's power!"
Hidden Ability: Mini-Dex - Allows for the Pokemon to develop weak moves against ground-types.

Well it's a bit like Forewarn (how it warns against dangerous opponents) - if it encounters ground-types several times, when it next levels up it might ask to learn grass or water-type moves.

Fair enough. May I ask why you don't use names? I love your art but I never understood why you named them as the objects/animals they represent (it is unique and different though, so I like the style)
