ok so here's my explanation. Harry Potter has a stag deer patronus and then i saw xerneas and he is very light based and graceful so i kind of fused them PokemonXPotter so yeah the blue smokey stuff around his ankles and back is like the "spell" and it's coming from a pokeball instead of a wand.also i wanted this to be super graceful but this pokemon is harder to draw then i figured so next drawing of it (and there will surely be more) will be easier for me and it will be more elegant.

Its head is ridiculously large. Not because of your drawing, the actual Pokemon's head is way too big for it to actually be able to stand up.

yeah and i do think in my drawing the head is too large, i need to redraw this pokemon, i have a scene i want to draw it in to, it's just a hard pokemon for me to draw >.<
