Ok, don't hate me, but I actually kind of like this design lol I'm not a big fan of it, but I think it's cute. I think it's a fabulous concept, but I will agree that the body is just a regular penguin...and that without his cube he's a hideous monster lol

I mean, it wouldn't have been that hard to make this more interesting. I know you want the ice cube to be the focal point, but give me something, I mean, even making the body a dark blue or something, Idk, maybe that would have made it too similar to the Piplup line. It's a decent design, I'm glad it exists, and with his ice face I think it's cute, that's all I'm sayin.

Also, they really should have changed it to Ice form and Iceless form or something. "noice" is just stupid, I mean, yeah I'm an idiot so I read it as a hipster "nice" lol but "noice" is stupid, there's so many other options they could have used.
