I wanted to draw fake tears again, I did a gothita one ages ago (it was dreadful). I wanted to originally make it look really fake, like one eye half open seeing if it was working, but I couldn't get it to look right, and I thought this was cuter anyway haha I also wanted to do shiny teddiursa again rather than normal color, I like shiny teddiursa a lot.

He's crying though because all of y'all are going to make fun of him when he evolves into an eye-blindly bright shade of chartreuse and hate him hahaha
