Description
based off harpies, alkonost, sirin, and the shape more from the painting "birds of joy and sorrow" by Vasnetsov. also i think they would be like a pseudo legendary.these pokemons' legends go back in history for ages. they are deadly pokemon. they sing beautiful music which lures in their prey and they become so obsessed they can't think of anything else. their voices can also become so high and screeching they shatter stone. they are rarely found, often keeping to high high mountain tops. women in particular tend to catch them and raise them better, some women see them as an idol.
the first two are fairy type
the third is fairy/dragon type
the first evolves into the second at level 38
the second evolves into the third at level 50 after learning perish song

Stage 1: ScreechickΒ (Screech, a term used to describe sound, + scree, rubble on mountains where this creature would seem to live, + Chick = Screechick). Type: Fairy. Dex Entry: "This fledgling of legend has a long way to go before it grows the wings of its parents. It hatches out of an egg by shattering the shell with their high-pitched screeching."
Stage 2: Harpitch (Harpy + Pitch, a term used to describe sound, = Harpitch). Type: Fairy. Dex Entry: "It's voice has developed far beyond shattering eggshells and it can now shatter rock, causing mountainside scree to tumble far below. It cannot fly yet, but it moves quickly for its size."
Stage 3: Harperill (Harpy + Peril = Harperill). Type: Fairy/Dragon. Dex Entry: "It has grown large wings to support the muscly bulk of its torso. Within this torso is a mighty set of lungs which provide power for their deadly music. Beyond shattering rock and cracking metal, this voice has another subtly deadly quality: the power to lure enemies to their death with a gleeful lament."

I've never seen such a round Harpy-mon and it suits them well, really helps them stand out

The first two look a bit too much like Cleffa and Clefable, respectively. But I love these designs overall!

I love how the base and middle stage almost appear like a twisted image of the cleffa line
