NOW OWNS!remake of my hummingbird moth fakemonΒ frozenfeather.deviantart.com/aβ¦
these pokemom live in large flower fields. the cocoon buries itself underground until it is ready to evolve. the final uses it's four wings to fly extremely fast. they love to eat the nectar of flowers.
the first and second are bug type, the third is flying/bug type
the first evolves into the second at level 7
the second evolves into the third at level 10

I recently did a Hummingbird moth FakΓ©mon too - same species and all I think as my caterpillar and cocoon are clearly based off the same species (only I made the cocoon 'hook' a nose, and have the caterpillar's 'sting' on its rear). I'll have to upload it and see what you think!

yeah, I'm still tweaking the designs for my guys - the middle stage looked like a... um, t'rd for a while, so I had to work out how to fix that, haha, and still not happy with the caterpillar stage. Finally got a design for the moth itself that I'm happy with though - I think Hummingbird moths are incredible - surprised there aren't many FakΓ©mon, or even a single PokΓ©mon, based on them!

if you like unique/weird creatures (I'm a massive nature nerd) for inspiration, check out the Velvet Worm, Kakapo, or Siamang. I'm hoping to work something out with those soon, they're fascinating animals

pfft, don't be silly, I don't own the copyright over animals! I love seeing different interpretations with similar source inspiration, so please go right ahead! You could also check out the Giraffe Weevil - I think bug and fairy types are your specialty, so would be interested to see what you make of them - bizarre creatures!
