he's alright. i'm not usually a fan of fire types
it's a neat design overall, but i think it feels a bit too cartoony to me, i think something about the way it moves and its expressions throws me off. it's not terrible though.again though i'd complain that i don't think the type is proper for him. i understand the concept ad the connection, but it's so clearly obviously fighting type. it feels like they were going for fire/fighting and then heard how much people are tired of the fighting/fire combo and switched it last second or something. it just doesn't fit in my opinion.

It was claimed to be Fire/Dark all along when the leaks came out despite its muscular wrestler design and making it Fire/Fighting seems like a boring and obvious typing, even for Game Freak, plus I wouldn't want it to be weak to Psychic and Flying type.

well no, i don't WANT it to be fire/fighting, that's lame, but you can't make it a clearly fighting type pokemon and then say "nah, it's not fighting" idk it just feels off to me. i guess they're trying to break up the mold though, which is good.

Sometimes, we need a little irony in the PokΓ©mon series. There are bulky Dark types like Tyranitar and Hydreigon. There are PokΓ©mon whose typings don't make sense like Inkay and Malamar who are based on squids which are aquatic animals, but are instead Dark/Psychic type and Crabrawler who is just Fighting type instead of Water type. What I'm saying is that not everything has to make sense when it comes to how PokΓ©mon should look like.

It's a true a appreciation to older cartoons which used to depict these very animistic and expressionistic cartoon fighters, it's really cool
