based off kappathese pokemon live in dark murky swamps, they are extremely dangerous, they love to trick others into following them into the dark and then dragging them into the poisonous waters they inhabit. they are stinky and are covered in a slime that prevents them from being caught easily.

Stage 1: Murkappa, The Swamp Demon Pokemon. (Murk + Kappa = Murkappa). Type: Dark/Poison. Dex Entry: "Murkappas are lurking, creeping Pokemon who sit on the shores of swamps on the lookout for travelers. Their skin is clammy and slippery and they move very fast."
