based off shadows and thieves (also excuse the garbage lines, i tried a new outlining pen and it sucked)these pokemon are very sneaky. they follow silently in others' shadows until it find a chance to snatch valuables from them. they can often only be detected by their always flashing grins. the best way to lure them in is to walk around in a shadowy place with a pocket full of coins, they'll surely appear then.
they are dark type
the first evolves into the second at level 36

i don't haha they're too thick and opaque, not solid enough, plus it was a brush tip so i couldn't press firmly like i normally do and my hand shakes so much my lines are like a roller coaster lol
