I just caught a shiny one of these guys on Easter. You have no idea how many times I've ran into these hoping that they weren't shiny. Oh well, now that I have one, maybe I'll grow to like it. I just finished EV training it yesterday. Now to think of a nickname for it and raise it to level 100...

I tend to give my Pokémon names that I would give a human, just as I name my pets. Sometimes names will randomly pop into my head when I catch a Pokémon, but I usually try to give them names that somehow link to the Pokémon. For instance, I named my shiny male Glaceon Endymion, which was the name of a beautiful male youth in Greek mythology.

idk, i never found watchog either annoying to use or useless. it helped me catch three legendary pokemon, so that must count for something.
