I've been using a prismacolor blending pencil, it's basically a wax pencil that smears the colors so it gets rid of the white spaces

It's expensive in the US too, but maybe not as expensive. You could just buy them from Amazon or something couldn't you? Wait, does Amazon ship outside the USA? I thought it did, but maybe not. Either way, you could probably buy them off ebay or something, they ship all over.Β

Yes, I'm searching for Amazon. Thanks for the tip from eBay. Actually, I wanted Polychromos, but Prismacolor seems more affordable, and it has a wonderful result too.

Honestly nicer than the majority of its official artworks (many of which look more derpy than cute). Although I've always gravitated more toward Wigglytuff than Jigglypuff, the only official artworks I care for are its Silver Version sprite, Light Wigglytuff card, and some of its figures/plushes. (I've got around 110 PokΓ©mon figures and one of my favorites is a Wigglytuff finger puppet .)

I think I've mentioned this before but I own a wigglytuff figurine that I got from a shampoo bottle haha I think it was early 2000s they had a blue ring bottle of bubble batg or shampoo or something and in the center of the ring they had a pokemon figure. I got the wigglytuff one!
