Description
Remake of www.deviantart.com/frozenfeath⦠based off zebras and okapi and birch tree wood. I really love these new remakes, but they definitely lose a lot of the whimsy of the old, they are more realistic thoughthese pokemon live in grass fields which are always covered in thousands of flowers. this pokemon drops seeds as it walks and runs. they love to run and play, even at a young age they are fast. they always smell like freshly cut grass and wild bouquets of flowers.
they are grass/normal type
the first evolves into the second via leveling up while holding a miracle seed

Stage 1: Zebrirch, The Stripe Pokemon. (Zebra + Birch = Zebrirch). Type: Grass/Normal. Dex Entry: "They are excellent runners who love to compete with the Pokemon Blitzel. However, they are much more desirable to be around after running - their sweat smells like wild flowers and freshly cut grass. The irony is that perfumiers are currently experimenting with this sweat ..."
Stage 2: Bleekapi, The Contrast Pokemon. (Bleek, read final paragraph, + Okapi, = Bleekapi). Type: Grass/Normal. Dex Entry:Β "An old legend tells of a wandering Prophet who's mission was to spread the word about the goodness of the earth. The story goes that they rode upon a Bleekapi, who sowed seeds as they traveled the world. Till this very day, Bleekapi herds still cover vast plains, seeding them all the while.
So, here's the reason behind Bleekapi's slightly weird name. In Afrikaans, the African language, "bleek" means "pale" - the colour of one of these Pokemon's stripes. I thought you might appreciate this since Zebras are from Africa. Also, the word bleek fits very smoothly with that of okapi so that's an added bonus - one I couldn't refuse! Hope you enjoy, and feel free to use!

Birch is my favorite tree and it's nice to see it used, and who doesn't love zebra?

That evolution is just perfect, the stripes and subtle colors on this one make it look really lovely with that regal mane :3Β
