these pokemon produce a thick strong thread from the ends which holds a strong electric current. often times people use the threads for electronic items. they create large webs made of the electrified threads that trap and paralyze there foe often times killing them with the power.
they are electric/bug type
the first evolves into the second with a thunderstone
