XS took off after the leader and whinnied loudly. "NOT WHILE IM HERE!!" He smirked and he rammed his five tonne body into the smaler horse, hearing many bones break. "YOU FIGHT US, YOU FIGHT ME FIRST!!" He reared around and what his eyes saw shocked him. "NO!!"
Christian reared and screamed as many ropes were around her neck and her body. Why wasnt she paying attention!? She cried to XS but he started to attack other horses. When he saw Christian, he roared and was gunna run to her, but she screamed in horse, "NO!! GET THE OTHERS!!" She reared but other ropes grabbed her legs and she collapsed on her sides.
The leader fell off his horse, it's back legs shattered. He looked down at the creature and its gasping breaths. His pistol planted a bullet in it's head. He turned to the strange mech-horse, raising his pistol and firing the whole clip at him.
Overhead the clouds darkened and a sudden clap of thunder indicated a sudden downpour. You could hear it coming in from the distance, rain, hard and fast and cold.
"Bring her down boys!" The men yipped and cheered as the blood and cross horse went down.
"Ya got her now"
"Show the bitch whos boss!"
"Watch out she's kicking!"
Alaina reached the heard, looking for someone to tell and get the horses moving. "Move move!" she shouted, hoping someone would here, "Go move! They're close! They are so close!"
Rosetta, who had stayed behind trotted up, "Alaina dear, your mane!"
"I Don't care about my bucking mane!"she snorted angrily, "Go go help Chico, Rose, Rudy is there too!"
Rosetta said nothing, her mind racing, as she took off full speed. Help my son? Why? I dont..." She caught up to the two horses soon, seeing them over the hill. Chico was a bloody mess. Rose's heart sank.
Alaina was shouting to move and get far away from here, begging and pleading. Kal noticed her distress and gathered up the mares and elders to start moving.
The bullets didn’t even make XS falter. He reared and slammed his hooves down as the rain fell, making the earth shake. He heard Christian's cries of despair and he was going to run to her but her voice screamed in horse, "NO XS!!! GO HELP THE HERD!!! JUST GO!!" XS' mech heart sank but he jumped and knocked the man off his feet before taking off. He sent a message and a video to Data.
Data's eyes flashed and she saw what her dad was showing her. Her heart flew and she suddenly started to panic. "Everyone!!! WE MUST GO!!" Data leaped towards the pregnant mares and saw Rudy coming as well. He left Chico to Rosetta and started to help the elders. "Come, we don’t have much time!!"
Christian watched XS go and she never felt more heartbreak and regret, but she tried to get up nd she whinnied as ropes tore at her body. They all screamed at her and she cried out but all she heard was the sound of the rain as it landed on her face and she relaxed her body, conceding defeat...
