Magic. She doesn't give it away. I have found it though, and the materials she uses are non-toxic, though it is recommended to not ingest and to wash your hands after use.

Green does, but only for a short time. The best, in my opinion, are the blue ones. They have a medium glow, but they last a lot longer.
