If the theory’s true than that would make it tragic, because imagine what would happen, Hisashi would give up his life of crime and live a life with Inko and Izuku but All Might found him and the two had the battle that severely injured them both, and with his body damaged he realized that if he go back to Inko she’ll learn the dark truth about him and becomes horrified at it, and so he had no other choice and went back to his old life and raised Shigaraki as his own son, just so he can get revenge against All Might for destroying his one chance at a new life and taking away the most important thing All for One had, his family

I love this theory, but heres a crazier one:

Inko is All for One.

All for One is really old, so there's no reason he didn't pick up a clone and genderswap quirk.
