I played through the original as a kid with a friend, but I played the others (on Amiga) as well. I'm glad Rainbow Islands and Parasol Stars came out on NES over here

It was a PAL release only, but I believe you can still play them on the top-loader.

A friend and I actually beat it in 2-player when we were little. I don't remember anything but pain by the end... But love that tune!

Me and my sister got pretty far in the NES version, but never beat it. ('Cause we don't own it, we just rented it from the video rental store.) But yeah that tune was great.

I've been working on the Nintendo Force magazine and a bunch of children's book illustrations, so I haven't had a whole lot of time to draw my own things. I found myself with a couple of hours though

The first issue came out at the start of January, and the second is due out this month. You can subscribe now, and soon you'll be able to order back issues.
