He, He! Thanks a lot, your style sure reminds me of the 80ยดs style present in many Nintendo (and Sega) game manuals (but in a good way like Adventure Island, not in a bad way like Mega Man)

Drawing this made me realise that I don't like drawing eyes that much when doing humanoid characters. I'm a cartoonist at heart, and trying to get all of the subtlety and detail that goes into the expression of an eye robs of the fun of drawing a cartoon.
So when I started drawing this style I didn't like them much. When I gave them little cartoon eyes they suddenly made more sense and I found it a lot easier to draw in this style.
Strange how such a little thing can make all the difference, isn't it
And yes - Xio is very red, and mostly naked. At least his crotch is well covered. I always feel a little bit weird when I have to zoom right in and draw the vectors around the crotch of someone in a superhero outfit. It's no so much the drawing of it, but the zooming...
