Simple, graceful, and well thought out. He has a dynamic posture (for a statue!) and is put together in a believable manner that many anthro-ish beings lack. The fact that he isn't over-adorned lends to the credibility of his ability to fly, and the elements he is wearing stand out.
The only things that bug me are his pecs, which seem different than each other, and the shape of his head. The fact that it has a shape which would deny him a wide range of vision detracts from the idea as a whole, but is more of a detail, so it's not quite as important.
Overall another wonderful piece, and I can't wait to see more!
