Description

The Solar System is home to many prominent families known as Houses. These were political and military dynasties and heads of family-owned corporations, and I have shown here the emblems of six houses. Hope you all like them.

Ardelean:

A senatorial dynasty from Iris, many Ardeleans had served as the spokespersons for the asteroid when not in political conflict with the other Irisian houses such as House Vadas and Kato. Two Ardeleans had served as chancellor of Maitrayan Federation, and though their political influence under the Dominion of the Oracle was limited due to its governmental system, members of House Ardelean and their home of Iris were said to have been favoured by its algorithm.

Kulikana:

House Kulikana’s control over the Concordian Banking Authority does not exist on paper. A council retains nominal authority but behind the scenes the Kulikanas had facilitated its rise and guided its dominance over the banks in the Inner Solar System to the point where it even rivalled the ancient banks of Earth. Whichever government, revolutionary, or fledgling AI is supported by the CBA is at the behest of House Kulikana.

Lau-Sjang:

House Lau-Sjang was heavily involved in the administration of the Luxembourg Commonwealth’s trade monopoly in the Jupiter Trojans, and also operated its own shipping corporation which connected Luxembourgish outposts to the Home Core. The leader of the house, Servaos Lau-Sjang, was killed alongside other household retainers in the opening attacks of the Trojan Vespers, where their office on Achilles was stormed by members of the Trojan Alliance.

Ofenac:

House Ofenac was one of the oldest political dynasties in the solar system. With humble beginnings as the governors of the minor asteroid Cuyo, the Ofenacs took advantage of the Pulan Orthodoxy’s rebellion in their acquisition of the stasis agent producer Oullam Stasid Corporation, which they used to dominate the market with reduced prices. As a result, House Ofenac was intimately tied with civilian intra-solar travel, and eventually they took control of the main sleepways leading to the Kuiper Belt and beyond with their administration of Pluto.

Wuruk:

Many members of House Wuruk made names for themselves in the military, with generation after generation of Wuruks commanding naval squadrons or mobile attack groups. As a result of their frequent travelling along sleepways in stasis, Wuruks accumulated a lot of time debt with some, such as Fleet Admiral Meba Wuruk, serving for over a hundred years.

Zakar:

Another ancient dynasty, House Zakar was said to have descended from the royal family of one of the Seven Tribes of the Moon following the Great Storm, and they continued to be heavily involved in the political and business activities of the Home Core. Before the advent of the Oracle, members of House Zakar were instrumental to the decision-making of many Earth nations.
