I say master cause you know sasuke is the rival and it's typically expected for rivals to start at a higher point than the main hero so he can have some to surpass. That is my reason not the kishimoto reason of having a preference for sasuke over naruto who's supposed to be the main character. Seriously guys just re-read or rewatch naruto without fillers and tell me I'm wrong about kishimoto putting more focus on sasuke. Let's face it that is one of the main things that prevents the naruto series from actually being the best or greatest series in a generation that surpasses dbz.
