It's Pan Pizza, of RebelTaxi (it's a Youtube channel)He's my favorite Youtube channel; He does videos about cartoons and animation and all that. He also does art on Tumblr that I adore.
I think I've said this before on my Influence Map, but watching his videos and everything is something that really invigorates my motivation. They're so good, it's frikin' amazing how much work he puts into his stuff.
He's on hiatus now though, 'cause for years he's done new videos every week (that include reviews, top-tens, and podcasts, all with top-notch editing) on top of a webcomic.
But yeah it's about time I drew some fanart
Check him out, though be warned his videos are really good but tend to include some crude humour.

An idea popped in mind just now maybe one of these days you could digitize this piece and maybe try tweeting it to Pan or reaching out to him on ant other social media site. I see he features artists quite often on his videos, maybe if you're lucky he'll select your drawing to be featured.
I think it's worth a shot, it could be free publicity!
