Description
──── ⋆⋅◈⋅⋆ ────Shaggy tried not to grin too obviously. If Velma could see he was hoping to get her interested in the concept of putting leisure into a community made solely for survival, she would leave him behind and explore the mall herself. Velma was stubborn like that, and almost always insistent on making sure things get done in whatever way she deemed logical. Which she later realized was a flaw that put her in this mess to begin with.
Shaggy had already slipped on some comfy brown sweats and reached for his green flannel and "Dad-Bod" tee shirt when he caught wind of eyes on his bare back. Which he simply took as Velma admiring his tattoo art of cherry blossom branches that had been designed to mimic wings. Cause of him deciding to flaunt the artwork he put his shirt on noticeably slower. And decided afterward Velma stopped watching as he turned to grab his green flannel, which he simply draped over the back end of the brown leather sofa.
Only to catch his eyes looking up and seeing Velma mid dressing herself. Eyes still fixated on him as she was unmoving. Her shirt was gone and bra with it. Which once she made eye contact with Shaggy, made her remember what she was doing.
Just like that they let that little moment fade away.

Velma's boots clicked peacefully as they continued a pace down the hallway, Shaggy was to her side and slightly slower then herself as she held a computer up with one arm. The other arm being used to guide Shaggy's eyes at stores as she detailed their use.
"The Books-a-Billion will be used as a school, maybe a soup kitchen will go where the café used to be. We can use the Bullseye store's greenhouse for farming, so I guess having coffee beans made there will help significantly in that regard. The security building there is gonna have a police station sort of thing going on. It'll keep up with making surveillance and arresting anyone who tries to kill anyone and all that good stuff. As for the Bank on the second floor it could be a courthouse and executions will be done on the roof and-"
"What about the theater?" Shaggy chirped. "...well what about it?" Velma asked. "I guess having it be for anyone who wants to remember how the media used to be we can play old film reels right? Like Jaws n stuff." Shaggy said. "Maybe, but I doubt it. We should use it more for storage or something then anything else." Velma swatted the air not looking up from the screen continuing down the path. Shaggy sighed and followed along with sulking shoulders. The two walked past the technology store where Velma said something about a tech lab, but Shaggy caught his eye on a gaming console and found it so alluring he walked in and examined it closely. Once Velma noticed Shaggy wasn't behind her, she turned herself around and walked in after him.
"Shaggy?" She asked. His arms were moving and she heard the sounds of a box being opened. Velma saw it was some sort of gaming console lined with greens and white. "Think you can hook it up to a film projector? I have a few ideas." Shaggy said with a grin. "What? To play games in the theater?" Velma asked closing the laptop and tucking it under her arm. "Well yeah, I figured we could go and give it a shot. Haven't you ever wanted to do that as a kid? For me that would've been the ideal bucket list check!" Shaggy chirped with a grin. Velma however went quiet. "Dad never let us play video games back in the day. Let alone see a movie or watch cartoons. We could only watch him on the news and his debates." She said. "My father was always calling movies stupid or another piece of the idiot box," she added. Shaggy looked soft in the eye as he wiped a tear that was trickling down his cheek. Velma considered it overly dramatic to say the least. When suddenly, Shaggy grabbed Velma by the arm and ran out of the store to the theater dragging her behind.
