Very awesome. James White's style is awesome and you did an awesome job with his style.

I did all the shapes in Illustrator. Basically I drew a grid with vertical lines and diagonal lines. the spacing was just random. Then I just group the single shapes together and filled them with different colours. The final colours and textures were done in Photoshop. Hope that makes sense to you

haha when I saw the thumbnail I thought hey wait a minute I've seen that style somewhere else??
I'm thinking of trying to emulate his work, though I guess if we all knew his secrets it would be boring if his style became one of those design fads everyone copied.
Btw I'm curious did you slightly modify the telegrafico font? Because the actual font doesn't have those characters and no numbers either??

It's good thing you've written cause I've just checked and the font is actually Stentiga. I used Telegrafico in a couple of my designs and got mixed up when I was describing my deviations
