nice nice niice !! huuum ... meh only comment about the rythm. Depends on what you want, but there you have a super global move. That's awearsome for exemple for comical or dancing, ect ... But if you plan to give a litle more life to this already good chara, maybe you should break the rythm. What i mean by that, is making the ear move slower than the feet, and maybe the wing move very fast, like dog'stail when they are excited xD !
Huum ... otherwise, when you'll rework it, maybe make the eye closing, and i'll see a good and comical movement for the huppet he have on the head ha ha, like there was wind ^^ :3

i really like it! he's cute. :3 it seems like his feetses should go a bit farther behind him in each step, instead of just perpendicular with his body, but then again I don't know much about walk cycles

It's cuuute! My only suggestion would be to maybe make him appear a little more "squishy", i.e. make the body shape change more as his center of gravity goes up and down? But idk for sure. Ha ha.

Nice, my only complaint is the ears kinda twitch/ jerk at one point. But other than that it looks great!
