Loving the smooth lines and the glow effect. And so very jealous of your ability to draw hands. I need to practice hands badly. Also roses. Good job on those. Excellent job. Hmm. If I have any criticism it's that I don't quite like the background. Specifically how the glow seems to block it completely right between the neck and shoulders. Hmm. But otherwise I like the piece.
And just a quick last bit, I actually agree with on the lines. I still think they're spectacularly smooth but a bit of variation would help.

Nice coloring! Love the eyes. It's just me but I'd try adding some line variation by erasing some the lines a tad, or thinning some of the lines (like the rose pedals). Good work!
