Actually their account did get hacked. It's obvious because:
1. Fukka isn't coming back, she was a victim of an accident and we all know that she's never coming back.
2. Fukka did specify herself, that she was leaving the MMDC for good.
3. It says she doesn't do MMD anymore on her profile.

If it really is her, then she would've updated her profile, made a journal to everyone that she's back, and she wouldn't use google translate to speak Russian. So whoever this person is, they made it clear that they hacked this account.

So, I think it's best to ignore this entire thing because, there's nothing we can do about it.

It's sad that you think anyone in MMDC would ever get hacked, because why would anyone with enough IT skills to hack an internet account would pick a random MMDer spamming with TDA images?
It's also sad that you believe someone over the interned died just because one of their friends said it. 
My friend, so many people "died" and then miraculously came back to life in MMDC over the course of 9 years since it was launched. 
At this point I am starting to believe the program itself was made by Jesus Christ himself, to resurrect troubled teenagers.
