Ah, Peridork. There's not really much that you have to add to this drawing, since it seems that you had a particular style in mind (which is a good thing, you never want your style to look like a mistake!) but you might want to change her expression?
We don't really know much about Peridot besides she's a tattletale turbogeek, so maybe she might be above flipping people off. Then again, knowing that makes this drawing pretty funny. If you keep the middle finger, which I'm sure you will, you want to make sure that she is actually looking at the viewer so we know who that "Fuck you" is directed to.
Other than that, you picked good colors and your lines are confident. Nice job.
