This is a speed paint of Zulf and a squirt from the game the Bastion.The over all color count is 2 types of brown, black, 2 yellows, 2 oranges, 2 blues, peach, pink, 2 reds, and white. (this is not counting the mixing of paints to create shades!)

though mixing the colors to get his skin right was a pain because the Ura have very little pigmentation so they tend o look virtually black and white thanks to their hair. So I decided to add a little warmth to his face.
