I love your Nuzlocke so much. :3 Well, whilst the dialogue did make me chuckle because of the obvious jessie/james derpiness, that epic Silver panel right at the start totally made it all still seem badass. And of course we have to put blood on his hand to make this ded srs. ;D
It was awesome, and that Haunter is pretty creepy. I can't wait to see what happens next. 8D

The first panel is particularly ace, but I do like the creepy sketchiness of the Haunter. I'm very curious as to what Team Rocket are doing here, and especially what's gonna happen next...

That's quite true, even if they are slightly creepy they are still largely comical, particularly Gastly. (Gengars will always creep me out just a little though, what with their soul and shadow-stealing, brr)

I actually found the use of the team rocket intro quote by him to be a good taunt, so that is fine... I can't really think of a way to change this other than possibly the wording. and even then, I would probably just change the way he insulted him. Besides, a defining trait of cocky douchebags, is that they think they are cooler than they are, so this type of banter might be perfectly suited for him.

Personally, I like the way the dialogue contrasts the anime funny Team Rocket conception with the ruthless/scary in-game Team Rocket. The sudden change in mood was well done. Also, it's nice to see the Rival/Silver/Drake mouthing off.
