Thank goodness I came across this. The costume I ordered came with one...and the entire costume was "cheap" being only $86... and they sent it without any embellisments. The entire uniform is uniform green and does not have a shred of the black faux leather that is in Germany's actual Uniform..and even worse the necklace is just a piece of WHITE craft foam! So happy that I found this!
