Soooo, let me explain how this works^^

Someone ticklish is in the stocks? Then we should begin by finding out how long she will be tickled :3
So the wheel with the numbers gets 3 spins and the accumulated total is the time in minutes. Pretty self-explanatory
And there is also that "x2", which means another spin and the time on that one will be doubled (if "x2" is spun more than once in a row... well then just spin again with x4, x6, ...^^)

Looking at the timer someone must have had some bad luck

The second wheel gets only one spin. In general only tickling with fingers would be "allowed", but luckily we have that wheel for some enhancements :3
Blindfold, socks off, feathers... or all of them

And if anyone is wondering about the odds for certain outcomes... yeah these look quite rigged, but have you ever seen one of these wheels being fair? I don't thinks so

All in all I'm not totally satisfied with this, but I hope qualitywise it's at least alright for the contest host?^^"
