Description more than down on his luck the tover is destitute. He snuck into a semi abandoned factory on the outskirts a few months ago and made it his home.
while out looking for food in the refuse of the city of mees he stumbles across a scroll, thinking he can sell it for proper food and board he snatches it up, as he does it begins to glow and hum, singing a sweet song of old.
the tover panicking, the wizard spirits his finds back to his makeshift home and works some of his meager magic on the ancient scroll...

Hours? more than 48 hrs all together i think.
Ancient scroll and the wizard was made under the influence of: deviant artists
endling- for the idea that started the picture
iruka loves kakashi- for the colouring.
