Dislikes: bitter food, cold temperatures, lifting weights, disturbing her from her game, fashion, guns, bodies of water (swimming), ice-cream
Powers: NONE
Abilities: Generally, she’s a skilled and intelligent fighter. However, her greatest strength is her intelligence. As much as she can defend herself in battle, she has low strength and stamina. Make her tired and you’ll have an opening to attack her.
Strengths: Intelligence, moderate skills in fighting
Weaknesses: Low strength and stamina, very sensitive to cold temperature
Personality:
Calm and cool-headed, Riyu prefers going straight to the point. The only person who can make her lose her cool is her partner, Miner and his stupidity. Even as a teen, she acts like an adult. She’s kind but blunt. She does not always smile, but when she do, it is when she finds a suitable intelligent person to communicate with. She rather keeps her emotions in check and poses a serious side when engage in a combat. Despite her cold, stoic personality, she actually values human life.
Relationships:
> MINER : Been her partner and somewhat an apprentice of hers for a very long time. She often times scold him for whatever stupidity he gets into but is always there to stick a lip for him.

• Obsessive love for sweets, except cold sweets such as ice-cream

She cannot be beaten realistically. I would have to build my hypothetical character to defeat her or stumble across the solution through CRAZY RANDOM HAPPENSTANCE. (Or she would have to be stupid enough to tell me her weaknesses, which, come on.) Commonly referred to as a "deus ex machina," the second method makes writers 
Out of morbid curiosity, how is she a worthy melee combatant when her maximum carrying capacity is only seen among the heavily disabled? That little paradox sets her squarely in Mary Sue territory for me.
From what I see, the only way to sufficiently tone down Riyu would be to remove the bulk of her her combat ability and disconnect her from the God Library. (The initial knowledge might be okay, but no updates.) Then opponents can defeat your character without relying on plot contrivances.

oh don't worry about it, i'm still in the verge of editing her. but somehow the answer to your question is already in the description but somehow, i am not that clear to explain her abilities, yes? she is not a mary sue, nor god mod(good gravy,people), if i may repeat. but i wouldn't think twice of removing her intelligence source nor her ability to fight. she has her limitations and weaknesses,which makes her as imperfect as a plain human, if I may repeat again. i will only be limiting her knowledge because that seems to be an issue for most of you. and no, her knowledge won't be updated, the only initial knowledge basics transferred to her is the history,personality,function, and connections. no more no less. whenever her opponent knows something new, she will have no knowledge of it. as long as it is something freshly new inside the city, and not outside, no updates is required because she herself knows that this is not going to be a fair fight if she knows everything that is coming along. and i'll have to apologize for not making her description "easy to swallow". i'm terribly sorry.

If she knows everything, how does anyone stand a chance of defeating her?

Quite the contrary, she might know everything but she still has her weaknesses, and also she only knows about everything about the city and knows everything about ayone unless she is told about their complete name and had seen their face, without that she is clueless and has to find out or in any case, improvise. She can't swim and she'll possibly die if her skin comes in contact with anything with the temperature below 30c due to her rare sickness.

Pardon me for playing devil's advocate. I'm having troubles figuring out what I'd do if I fought this person.
But if she knows EVERYTHING, she'll know the location of anything cold and she'll figure out how to avoid it.
And if she knows everything, she'll know the tournament's roster, so she'll know everyone's faces and names, so she'll already know everything about them. Knowing their moves, what they're just about to do, being able to dodge everything, know where traps are, and be completely impervious to deception means she'll either assuredly win or she'll forfeit before the fight even starts because she knows she can't win.
Maybe our definitions of "everything" conflict. What's the source of this power? Why does she know everything about buildings/objects she hasn't seen but not people?

wow, dude... try being unexpected, she won't expect it. she's not a mind reader, a future predictor and especially, she's not psychic. just improvise and be creative, i also made her to challenge other people's creativity.
her source of knowledge came from a universe with a place of a humongous library, the divine God allowed her to access whatever knowledge she needs only depending on whatever place she is currently, but there are her limitations(everything she needs is downloaded into her mind, and she can memorize fast). If her opponent knows how to change aspects, then they might have a chance to win against her.

Okay, so when you say she can calculate an expected outcome, that's not super computer grade reality predicting then? Alright.
I must agree with Ichi. Knowing everything, dodging everything, right all the time, can't be tricked, knowing all martial arts, that's a recipe for a god mod.
BUT! If you think the judges' will think differently, our beliefs are moot. It's their word that goes.

Even saying that, you still blatantly put

in your reference, and to me that seems horribly overpowered and god-modded. And I know from experience the RC judges will take one look at this and reject it solely because she's nearly impossible to beat without cheating and going against the reference. I'm not trying to rip your character to shreds, I'm really not, but you have to give your opponents a fighting chance. Make her a little weaker, or make her weaknesses more numerous. As is, she's pretty freaking unbeatable.

Guys. Let's be creative here. Knowing everything does not mean being able to do everything. From what I understand, she won't be able to see everything all the time, and she's not psychic, so it's not that hard to figure out how to beat her. Here's a scenario, your character is matched with Riyu. Riyu downloads everything about your personality and understands exactly how you think, fight, and function. Your character gets smashed in the local bar, and since your character is not acting like himself/herself, Riyu is not able to predict the movements and is beaten drunken fist style. Here's another one, Riyu is fighting an opponent, he/she figures out what Riyu is doing so decides to do the opposite of what he/she is thinking, or decides to instead adopt each other's attacks (if it's a duo) through role playing (which could be hysterical). There are so many more scenarios people could come up with, those are two just off the top of my head. The important thing is that she is not psychic, she just understands the opponent and makes calculations accordingly.
IchikowindGryphon, I know you were not trying to be rude : ) So please don't think this is me trying to be rude to you or anyone else who sees issue with this character either. I'm saying that, god-modded characters are usually one's who cannot be harmed, where as we can clearly see this character can be. It's definitely not as easy as a normal opponent, but figuring out how to kill a competitor can be really fun and forces you to think outside of the box.
However, I will say that, if I remember correctly, the participant does need to be 18 or have the appearance of an 18 year old. double check that, but that is a legitimate concern for you FunAsaurusRex haha.
