...this is really really different from the way that i usually work, and so i'm torn between being horribly afraid of it and absolutly loving it, because its oil paint, and painting is scary.its for an illustration assignment dealing with egyptian mythology.

just happened to be the stroke that came off the brush that i was using; i liked it and decided to push it as far as it would go.
i'd never worked like that before.

Wow this changed a hell of alot.... it's different and it's good but I also liked it the way it was before (I won't say I liked it better, they're too different to compare). It's good though. Do you read the webcomic Clan of the Cats? Something about her face and gesture remind me of Jamie Robertson's style even though it's completely different from this or how you usually draw.
Which reminds me...it's time for me to go finish this assignment. arrghhhhhhh...!
