This is my main OcArt work done by Mimi-Eevee
This is my Oc i had for a very long time deciding his name is Eve.
He is mixed with a bit of Suicune DNA that is how he got the blue diamonds.
Attacks.
Bite,Quick Attack,Ice Beam and Tail Whip of course.
