I re added the download I even added newer cracks on to it and sharpened them up and I also added the (.abr)
brushes in I didn't include the (.psp) or Gimp... But it has the images so your just going to have to figure out how to make them into brushes.

Thank you for this contribution. I've been thinking upon creating this effect on my own, by photographing such things and then in overlay mode in PS. This brushes would probably make it easier although I'm still gonna try it my way too

Never, SAI doesn't work well with custom brushes.
