I re added the download I even added newer cracks on to it and sharpened them up and I also added the (.abr)
brushes in I didn't include the (.psp) or Gimp... But it has the images so your just going to have to figure out how to make them into brushes.

Place it on a new layer and change the layer blend mode to something like soft light or overlay, or maybe multiply. Depends on the effect you want and the base image.
