More blast-practise, somewhat happy with the outcome, even though IΒ΄m really rusty. Apophysis/Photoshop plus a lot of coffee and random shouting at the computer for a few nights.
Thanks for the clicks.
Small part of the photoelements abused & few apo-renders used while building this also available at my stock-account, ~Fune-Stock .

Very nice. I like the splash effect around the contact area.

Wow! I love it. How can you make stuff look so great? I just recently made a picture of my girlfriend, myself, and our friends flying through space on a shopping cart. I would really love to be able to make some of the masterpieces you make.

Just a ton of practise & experimentation I guess, nothing else to it. I make a ton of mistakes & failures on the side, I just donΒ΄t show those to anyone.

Excellent! The larger planet looks a bit flat, but I really like the debris detail and colour combination.

Yeah, I didnΒ΄t feel like overworking the bigger planet & the background-space, so the explosion itself would stand out better. And in the end my rig started vomiting blood each time I opened the file, so had to call it finished. Now to practise ways of making more computer-friendly pieces while building stuff up.

I know what you mean... a piece I was just working on kept on freezing every time I tried to make a brushstroke! If only they'd make computers that could keep up with us, eh? (Or maybe we shouldn't work at 3000x4000px )

Or maybe we just need better rigs, dunno. I do anyway, my comp keeps acting more and more insane each day. Should propably open everything up & do some proper cleaning. I hate all the hassle though, itΒ΄s a shame that computers are not as simple to use than all the consoles.

I like them better though.
You have a desktop? At least you have the luxury of changing different components - desktop processors, RAM, and GPU's tend to be much faster too.

Yep, normal table-rig, never was a big fan of laptops or such. And lost interest to consoles too around the time playstation 2 was still hot shit. Computers were always much better with games, & also with graphics & other stuff like that, so it was the only thing that felt like my thing. Even though updating hardware & such sucks so much. I hate opening up this thing & praying that nothing would explode.
